cifraHQ, formerly P4 Books, is P4 Software's cloud ERP and accounting system. It is designed for doing business in Panama and the region: IFRS accounting, DGI e-invoicing, ITBMS and withholdings. It runs the full quote-to-cash cycle in one system, for small and medium businesses.
Included: cifraHQ includes nominaHQ (payroll), activoHQ (fixed assets) and facturaHQ (e-invoicing) as modules, with no separate contract.

Yes. P4 Books was renamed cifraHQ. It is the same P4 Software cloud ERP.
Do I need to buy payroll, fixed assets or e-invoicing separately?
No. cifraHQ includes nominaHQ, activoHQ and facturaHQ as modules.
How does cifraHQ issue e-invoices to the DGI?
Through facturaHQ, which issues via authorized providers (PACs) such as WebPOS and Alanube. facturaHQ is not a PAC.
What does cifraHQ Enterprise add?
Consolidation of several legal entities with inter-company transactions, landed cost, advanced commissions and a full REST API for integrations.
