Terminal Logístico Durán
Grupo Andinave's newest operating company opened with logisticaHQ running its warehouses from the first truck. No migration, no spreadsheets, no legacy system.

The customer
Terminal Logístico Durán (TLD) is the newest operating company of Grupo Andinave, an integrated dry-bulk logistics group in Ecuador. The complex is in Durán, across the Guayas River from Guayaquil, in the corridor where most of the country's agro-industrial mills operate.
Grupo Andinave built TLD as off-port storage: cargo held inland, close to the mills and feed plants it serves, away from congestion at the Port of Guayaquil.
The challenge
- Third-party cargo: every pallet and big bag belongs to a customer, and each balance must be exact at all times.
- Traceability by lot and by import shipment, from receiving to dispatch.
- Racking aisles across several new warehouses, where every load must be found in seconds.
- A constant flow of trucks through the gate and weighbridges: the warehouse record must keep pace with the yard.
- Operations in Spanish, with international counterparts reading in English.
The solution
Operations on logisticaHQ
Receiving and put-away with LPN label scanning from the first truck, locations in lettered aisles and inventory by owner and by lot.
SAP Business One integration
Receipts and dispatches flow into Grupo Andinave's ERP: one record from the warehouse floor to the books.
Cloud, no servers
The new facility needed no server room. Headquarters in Guayaquil sees the Durán operation in real time.
Bilingual
The floor works in Spanish; international counterparts read the same records in English.
